    hi friends.. i had normal food today... felt like having:hide:
    workout :
    abs - 10 exercise - 20 counts each
    cycling 10 mins
    3 miles leslie walk

    What do you mean when you say you had normal food? :p Diet is whatever we consume daily, I think we Indians confuse the work diet with "eating less" or "restricting certain healthy food". ;-)

    Alpa & Chinni,

    How are you?? This morning I had some acidity feeling when I woke up. Earlier, I would have just continued with exercise in empty stomach. But today I drank a cup of milk and then started working out and the acidity was also gone. Thanks to your insistence, I changed my habit. I am planning to alternate between fruit and milk in the morning.

    dear geeta.. here i mean normal food as food which i cook for my hubby and daughter... i restrict myself from certain foods... i am on weightloss diet... my normal diet would be totally different.. as i am an hyderabadi.. my dishes contains lots of spices, oil etc... i take mutton once in a week that too 1 or 2 pieces...

    i had khichdi for dinner today.. which i normally dont take.. i take rice hardly once in a week..

    hope u get my point... as far as i know different people with different ailments follow different diet(i am confused right now):bonk

    HI hridhaya,
    if you have acidity hacve half banana before your work out and everyday at night in a glass put 3/4 soda water add 1/4 milk to it and drink it your acidity will go. glass should be 3/4 full of soda and 1/4 full of milk. my elder sis suffered from acidity and did this everyday it cured her

    Hi Guys,

    This is my usual diet on weekdays

    1. 9:30 - Bread butter + tea
    2. Lunch between 1:30 and 3 pm - Rice, Dal, Curd
    3. Between 5 and 6 pm - tea some junk snacks
    4. 8:30/9pm - 2 chappatis, veg, dal (varies with butter chicken and nan)

    Now, when I am writing it all I see is JUNK and fatty food :eek:mg:

    Weekends

    1. Usually no breakfast
    2. 2:30 pm or even later - Rice + Rajma/Chicken curry (home made)
    3. Dinner - usually eat out!!
