Dear Chithra, made the tomato soup, paneer labadar, and roti. Soup was so tasty, and it is easy to make too. No white sauce to make. Paneer labadar was also very tasty, a little sweet too. Dessert was strawberry ice cream. Altogether, a super dinner. My friend called to say that ice cream was super super. She tasted the ice cream before her daughter came home and called me immediately. Thank you!
Thanks for both the posts, Varloo. With A here, you are cooking to your heart's content - good!! Today I plan to try lemon & orange ice creams. Just made te basic mixture!!
Oh Heena, lovely - lovely-lovely!:thumbsup Beautiful photo!! Is that masala idli in ring tin - please write. Ofcourse, whatever, I just grabbed it.:drool
Dear Chithra, yes, with a here, I have company to eat good and healthy different dish each day. Today I made pattani sadam, semiya bahalabath with cucumber and pomegrande raitha for lunch. Since R is not there for lunch, it is convenient to make just we two want. I plan to make rajma tea buns (not rings) this evening, I have kept the left over 's lunch from yesterday for that. Also plan to make the basic white bread again, half as bread and half as masala bread. Let me perfect one bread at a time. A will be starting internship at Hindu from Tuesday and I have no idea about his timings there. I may have to pack him some light snacks, I guess. Let me see!

Oh, so nice & thank God, my guesswas right!! You had captured it so well!:thumbsup thanks for your lovely words, Heena!
Dear Chithra, made rajma buns. The dough rose well. The buns were slightly flat, not round like normal buns. I think that may be because of the stuffing. I got 9 buns from the recipe for basic bun dough and 1/2 of the rajma curry. Even R tasted one as soon as he came from office in the evening. Thanks a lot. I shall try the bread tomorrow - then tell you.
