    Dear Chitvish,

Today's dinner was Penne pasta with vegetables. I used shell pasta as I did not have penne. It was very easy to make & a nice way to incorporate more veggies. I did not bake it but we loved it.

Thank you very much for all these wonderful recipes.

    Love & Regards,
    Kate.

You can substitute one pasta for another, no problem.
Baking, adding white sauce are all optional.
Try today's recipe - it is too good:thumbsup

    Dear C,

Today's breakfast is Lemon sevai and coconut chutney. Lunch is Ladies finger Kootu, MW Capsicum curry and Nethu Kootu Maavu pachadi. This is a very different pachadi and tastes so good. Drink of the day is 'Nothing but Fibre' . There is a huge demand from M for rusks, so planning to make a batch this weekend.

Dear Hema, the presence of moong & urad dhal gives the softness to usili besides the "little oil" trick!!
Upma Kozakatais have to be gently handled till they cool; otherwise they will break up

    Dear Chithra,
today I made rajma curry and basmati rice for lunch since Aravindh asked for it. R has whole day duty, 12 hour shift due to shutdown of his plant. For his snack, I am making bhel, got diet bhel from Reliance. Since I have the chutneys handy, it would be a breeze. I have sent the ice cream to my friend's place, yet to receive FB from her. Planning to make tomato soup, some paneer based side dish and chapathi for dinner. Will go thro recipes and decide.
