    I would like to joint this dedicated group. I weigh 170lbs. Would like to become 130 lbs. I am already working on exercise. walking and running in intervals for 30 mins. I was 166lbs just a week back but when I weighed again today I was 170lbs! I have not eaten anything wrong to deserve this!

    Hi alpha i am planning to walk for 45 mins for 4-5 days a week. my diet for today is

    7;00am coffee
    9:00am oats
    11:30am 1/2 apple
    !:30pm 1.5 cup rice(proper measuring cup), sambhar, and curd. Carrot n cabbage curry.
    4:00 coffee
    5:30 planning to hv some fruit
    8:00 3 dosa n sambhar

    Pls let me know f i hv to reduce and suggest me if u hv any low calorie vegetarian diet plan.

    Dear in the morning i had shakarpara with tea and as it was oily i did not took anything in between,
    Yesterday after workout i had one glass of sugar cane juice. As i was feeling weakness.
    In the night i dint had any fruit or milk as i wrote in my yesterdays diet bcoz of i was much tired. So i just had rice flour dhokla.
    I knw i m not having carbohydrates and protein but dont knw how and when to consume it.
    Dear i cannot have my dinner early as i reach home by 9 and then i have to prepare food and do household things.
    Is it true that our weight increases if we anything in 30 minutes of workout?

    But the bottom line is that my weight is got stable it switches between 70 & 71 :drowning. Dont know what to do.

    I did 30 mins of jogging today. Did something wrong and sprained both my knees. Have been running for a week now.

    6:00am coffee
    6:30 am to 7am jogging
    7:10am - milk with whey powder
    8:30am 5 idlis with coconut chutney
    10:30am - one slice of cheese
    1pm - 1 cookie :hide:
    2pm - 1spoon metamucil with water
    2:30pm - 5 dosas with chutney (should bring this down to 3)
    6pm 3 chapatis with panner curry
    9:00pm metamucil with water

    I hope I do better tomorrow with food. Not sure if I'll even be in a position to exercise tomorrow by knees are in pretty bad shape :(
