New Diet chart with my experience !

    starting weight as on 4/2011 = 110kgs
    current weight as on 24/5/2011 = 107kgs
    target weight - 90kgs

    wow great melon u reduced 3kg in less than 1 month.. .. Add me too the main problem with me is i work in shifts ...after coming from ofice i wil become tired and too lazy to exercise and have snacks .. In 3 months i didnt reduce a single pound but my food habit are changed .. Eating in lesser portions,taking juices (earlier i was having tea in place of juice).. I am 24 year unmarried ..weighting 72kg ..( 5'2height) poor girl.. Sisters please help me in reducing.. weight..i need more motivation ..

    hi sona... welcome dear... i lost 3kgs last month with diet and exercise.... this month no weighloss:bonk actually i am going up and down this month.. sometimes my scale goes left sometimes right... so i decided i will fix it to 107 itself and restart my diet and workout regime with little changes.... u r unmarried, its a right time to lose weight.. i am speaking from my experience.. i was in 90's during marriage and after baby i was 113kgs.. so b careful girl and lose weight.. u go to the first few pages of this thread... u will find krishnaamma's diet tips... post your daily diet and exercise regime.. we are here to motivate you...............

    hi sona... i was following the diet chart, my dietician gv me.. but with little changes... i will be posting my diet chart tonight... you can follow kitchuappa's diet.. its safe....
