Pl. give some information when did the rajammurali mam started doing the show in pothigai what are beauty tips (headings such as hair oil, hair wash, henna, vasanai podigal etc) given by her?
When did she start writing in aval vikattan?
Pl. write the information about henna, vasanai podigal(body powder 4 types) given by her

Hi i'm Daniela, i need the grey hair oil preparation given by rajam murali on DD tv at 12th may. i missed dat program. Can any one post the procedure... and what r all the Tips she gave in dat program.....

DD telecast this as "Live show" on sunday 3.20 pm , then retelecasting it on thursdays. Some sundays too retelecasting. So watch continuously. You may get this particular oil recipe. I am not watching regularly. So not viewed this show.

Henna Mix for Grey hair - Rajam Murali show

Hi all

I just want to share the Henna paste for grey hair problems
Ingredients:
Henna powder - 100gm
Amla powder - 1/2 tsp
Toordal powder - 1/2 tsp
Tulsi powder - 1/2 tsp
Venthayam powder - 1/2 tsp
Kadukkai powder - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 juice of lemon
Aloe vera gel - 1 spoon

Mix all the above said ingredients in the bowl.
Application:
Apply the Hair oil (mookoootal hair oil / Herbal hair oil) on your hair.
Apply the henna paste and kee p this on your hair minimum for an hour.(Maximum for 2 / 3 hrs)

Note:
If you are prone to Cold then you can add 2 - 3 drops of ecalyptus oil in this mix.
