Help! My triglycerides are high!

    Continue taking olive oil and almonds. And if you like Green tea , drink it up atleast once a day(without sugar and no fat or 2% milk). It helps with reducing bad cholestrol as well. Good Luck :thumbsup

    Hi navs23,

    Thanku so much for the wonderful tip and i have started to follow that i am taking 10 almonds everyday but i have to work on taking green tea cos i dont like the taste of it but sure will try to add that also...is it ok to take raw almonds or soaked almonds whisch is better ?and is it ok to take these many when we are trying to loose weight ......

    have you tried taking omega 3 fatty acids fish oil capsules? when i was first diagnosed with diabetes my LDL or bad cholesterol sky-rocketed. my doc recommended to take fish oil capsules. helped like wonders! i'm on maxalife right now.
