Hi Chitvish, Made 'Potato Dosai', already! Its a very different dosai which is a fusion between aloo paratha and dosai varieties.. Very nice for a change.! Relished it! Also made ' Paruppu kadayal' with rice-ghee and brinjal fry for lunch. Loved it! Its always nice to try out new varieties of kuzhambu varieties! I guess you missed my feedback from day before yesterday. For you to not put additional effort to search for it, here I go again - Made 'Sabji Dhal'.. Yummy yum!! Will surely be a regular..! I wonder how all these dhal varieties have such different tastes, even though they are all the same 'dhal' Thanks for all the recipes..

Dear Mrs.Chitra, Made Capsicum vadai today. I made it with split peas and tasted delicious and super crunchy. FP does the magic. Amma uses split peas for these dal vadais. And so I keep it in the pantry exclusively for these snacks. Loved the vadais a lot. Thanks Regards, Deepa
