Wow, MSTrue. We seem to have hit on the same thread for nomination. I too want to nominate Sally's http://www.indusladies.com/forums/me-and-my-spouse/133716-lets-acknowledge-lack-negatives-man.html#post1779140 as my second nomination for this month.
Dear Honeybee, Nice to see you here! Not only did Oviya is 'back with a bang after a break', she also brought you here with her http://www.indusladies.com/forums/s...32981-pin-few-fingers-part-i.html#post1766922. Quite an achievement, both!! Thanks for this nomination. L, Kamla
Dear Mstrue, It is always a pleasure to see you here nominating your choice pick. I am sure that reading SallyR's http://www.indusladies.com/forums/m...knowledge-lack-negatives-man.html#post1779140 will work out positively for many of us. L, Kamla
Dear Satchidananda, It sure is pure bliss (ananda) when you grace this forum and your pick, SallyR's http://www.indusladies.com/forums/m...knowledge-lack-negatives-man.html#post1779140 seems to have caught quite an attention. Thank you so very much for bringing it here and for your continued support to FP forum. L, Kamla
Dear Sowmya, Not only you nominated my post. But, created a platform to thank Satchi, too. But for my dear Buddy(Kamla)'s mention in her FB to my post I would have missed Satchi's nomination. I visited the April nominations thread to thank her, only to find it closed. I came here with the plans of (hesitation combined) of asking our dearest mods to permit me to write a belated note of thanks. All is well now, Sowmya. Thanks a zillion for your nomination and I shall try to write more. Dear Satchi, Many many thanks for your first nomination. You were there to reply one of my old threads, you were there to give an early FB to the new one and you are here in the FP forum as well. Hoping to join hands with you forever My Dear Buddy, Kamla, Thanks a lot for letting me know Satchi's nomination. Super Moderator is Ultimate Love,
Here is my third nomination for the month of May. It is Srama's snippet on http://www.indusladies.com/forums/snippets-of-life-non-fiction/133886-salute-the-ordinary.html#post1781629. I really think this is something all of us need to be reminded of from time to time, because we get so carried away by the glory of bigger things, that we forget to think of the ordinary, little things which lead to the bigger glories. As they say: Little drops of water, little grains of sand, Make the mighty ocean and this lovely land. This nursery rhyme is taught to us in schools only to be forgotten as soon as we go to Std. I.
Dear Satchi, Sorry for stopping by so late to thank you. Coming from a wonderful writer like you, your nomination means a lot to me. Thank you for nominating the 'Mommy booth is now open' thread. :bowdown
And here is my final entry for this month. It is a snippet posted by Adismom called http://www.indusladies.com/forums/snippets-of-life-non-fiction/134238-never-too-young-teach-never.html#post1787171. It is a really heartwarming one portraying how a child can teach us some important lessons in life. And the beauty is how they do it so gently and casually without even realizing what they are doing. Out of the mouths of babes and infants.
