Sugar is the main culprit to mess hormones, vaginal infection .. avoid it as much as possible.

All purpose flour items like cakes, donuts,

Oily items like french fries, hot dog

Carbonated drinks, soda's and totally avoid canned fruit juices instead go for healthy fresh fruit juices

    Re: Trying to conceive..

    Hi

First step is to meet a gynec and start taking follic acid supplements.

What to Eat: Lot of Leafy veggies and all other veggies, fruits, almonds, dry fruits,Low fat milk.

What not to eat: Better to avoid heat producing foods like chicken etc. ,oily and fat content, fried food.

You can also reduce the intake quantity of these foods.

    Hope this helps.

Please go thru this forum ,you will find lots of TTC info.

    All the best.

    Baby dust to you.
