    Muzna....Cold Procelian is a kind of dough used to make flowers etc. If you check the post by Namrata she has posted the receipe on how to make the dough. You can also do a google search & you will find plenty of receipes there.

    Thank you Namratha & Vibha.........will see when I can get a chance to make a step by step on this one.
