Moving to Sydney in march

I am aanandhi from chennai-tamilnadu.I did my M.Sc Bio in Meenakshi college, chennai.

Currently residing in singapore with my husband and have 2yrs old boy. Working from home in singapore.

My hubby office location is martin place, north sydney so we are looking for some affordable accommodation around/out of that area. As we are new to this place dont know much abt the country.

I would to make some new friends in sydney, pls advise me where we can look out for rent and also share me some other information about groceries, transportation etc.

Welcome to Australia, I have been in Australia for a while but new to this site. I liked this site.
The Place you are talking about is in City (martin Place). most of the people travel to the city every day even i do.
The cost of leaving in city is very expensive ,when compair to the other suburbs.
