hmmmm try making foods which r healthy but look exciting like junk.
like dosas made out of oatmeal.
candy made out of jaggery and dry fruits
fresh home made smoothies with banana for sweetening

boiled egg, fried in a spoon of olive oil with some light seasoning.
also find out from his day care if he is eating his food properly or not

Forcing a child to eat generally never works..try offering him different kinds of food every 1.5-2 hrs..showly he will start eating..i know its a pain for the parent .. but it works for my son..

Also before sleeping try of give him a good meal and milk if he feels like it...then remember to brush his teeth..
If he wakes up at night dont give him milk..u can try warm water or nothing at all..he is not really hungry its just habit..he would cry for 2 weeks ..just try soothing him to sleep..he will learn..
A habit change is as difficult(if not more) for the parent than the child..dont give up..u just need to be patient and consistent

    Hope it helps
    Cheers

At night, when he has his milk, add some honey to it.
It will give him a sound sleep and might avoid waking up in the middle of the night

For picky eaters: Identify the times when he is most hungry, every kid's appetite is different.
Feed him to his full when he is hungry. Also watch bowel movements, if the stomach is not getting clear fully, they will not feel like eating

First and foremost thing that u need to do is stop giving milk to him thru bottle. Try to give him in glass. This will increase his appetite and ur problems..

For a 3 yrs old guy , it is not good to give him thru bottle. This is my personal exp since i have 3 1/2 yr old son and he is also very poor eater.

By stopping the bottle the only disadvantage will be consumption of milk will reduce to a higher extent, so that they will start eating solid foods.

    Thanks
    Kavitha.

    psych,

It's just a habit.Try for a week, reduce the amount to half what he ususally drinks.Next week, again reduce to half and slowly cut down.People also advise to give him water, instead of milk and see how he reacts. There will some struggle for sometime but he will stop.
Does he like any other food.Like noodles something which he likes than the food which you offer.Like pasta or macaroni chesse anything which he interested.
