How much water are you giving them? Maybe you are giving them too much?

Sowraj, I have a feeling the plant is not in the right sun-light zone. I mean, if the soil is drying by evening, its under direct sunlight right now, isnt it? Can you (if its growing in a pot) transfer to a place where it gets indirect sunlight? Even though hibiscus is a hardy plant, it has its limits too. Perhaps its too hot i=under direct light.

As for watering the plants, usually I make sure that the soil is moist. When I say this, i mean the entire pot. Sometimes the top layer might look dry, but if you inset a stick and see, you will find moisture inside. Know what I mean? If you water again, you are giving it too much.

Add manure, red soil and some pesticides. It will bloom very well. The soil must be healthy.
