    Good, Namratha!:thumbsup
I posted one more variation in Fada ni khichdi - this was even better. I will post panchmel Kichdi & palak-fada khichdi shortly.
I think you must knead the marzipan dough a little more, adding few drops of water if at all necessary. I have given mock marzipans.
    Thanks.

this weekend was very busy with a looooot of activities and the weather was turning to be quite good, so we tried to stay outdoors as much as possible. so with very limited time for cooking, i found these from ur treasure to be a godsend, bcoz they took only 5 - 10 mins, mostly assembling and then temper

    lunch -
    Tomato Pappu
    Kandanthippili Rasam

afternoon snack - Sandwich Fillings club toast with mango milkshake

mami, thx a ton to you and saraswathipv for updating the categories with the latest recipes.. not sure about others, but I use the categories links a lot. it is super duper helpful

    Dear Chithra madam,

Just saw the new paratha recipe you have posted. I would like to know if there will be any difference in the taste if we make it the traditional method (round paratha)?

    Regards,
    Shree

Shree, this method will give more layers - that is the advantage.

    Dear Aunty,
Made Palak paratha & Sultani dhal for dinner on Saturday. The dhal was super creamy and made a good combo for soft parathas.Had a bunch of methi sitting in the fridge for a while. So made methi leaves kuzhambu for sunday's lunch. It was too good and hubby was sad that I made too little:crazy.Planing to do double the quantity next time. This is one fantastic and quick way to cook methi.

Baked the milk powder cake in this week's baking schedule.Truly elegant cake Aunty.Half the cake was over in a few hours of baking:)

    Thank you once again Aunty...:bowdown
