    Hi ansv,

    Welcome to Ilites.

Your tummy is our classic tale of post pregnancy tummy.

Are you still breast feeding your LO?
Did you have a normal or C-section?

If you are breast feeding, do not go on any diets please.
Few changes in eating habits will make a difference.

    Few things you can do:
    1. Go for a walk
    2. Do Pranayam. many have confirmed the benefits of this
    3. Do ab crunches. This will make the tummy tighter.

    Hi ansv,

I asked you the question of C-section because I would not be able to say which exercise you should do. (like jogging, skipping etc..I am not sure of that)

for Pranayam: check this youtube link:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAzzv5ytXZQ&feature=related

I do it but not regularly, but many have claimed to have got good results.

    for ab crunches:
    check this youtube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekjSDyqKcTc&feature=relmfu

Other Ilities might be able to help you out here.

For walks: If you have a pram/buggy, take your son in that, he would also enjoy the outside and you will get your walks done

    For foods:
can you post what is your regular meals for a day so that making small changes can bring in results.

Yes dear ... as everyone said .. Abs crunches is the only way to reduce tummy. Even I had a C-Section and don have much opportunity to go to gym. Also I cant diet. Am a food lover. Still I managed to keep my tummy flater with the help of Abs crunches. All I did was to do 3sets(8reps per set - count to 10 for rest) on alternate days... Hope this helps ATB :)

    Hi,
Out of my own experience I am writing this. It will be more useful for you.
Early morning I do pranayama. I take 2 glasses of warm water. If I find time I go for walk for 40 minutes. If you can't you can do spot jogging for 15 minutes at home itself. it gives same result. by 9.00 a.m. for breakfast i have Kellogs K for about 30g with 3/4th glass of milk and a glass of orange juice (200 ml fresh juice). By 1.00 p.m. Raitha containing cucumber, onion, tomato with curd mixed a bowl, boiled vegetables (Poriyal) as you wish (1 or 2 variety), By 5.00 p.m. a cup of coffee, By 7.30 p.m. one apple and one glass of juice.

I reduced by 3 kilos per 15 days. Note that i am working woman but didn't get any tiredness. I am very healthy and active. now I am 39 years old.
    Regards
    Subasri.
