    yourweight will take time to come down, also your diet would matter a lot, go to a thyroid specialist and ask them to draw out a diet plan for you to help you.

    guys........count me too.every 2 months i take resolutions......but drop it in10 days.but this time i'm not going to leave."try,try ...don't loose hope rafiqua"- this is what my heart says!

    did not do anything this morning. woke up at 7 am. ran around to get to work...
    thank god it is friday, hopefully tomm will be a good day

    Mine also was not well.Went for a half an hour walking in the morning thats all:hide:

    Also today I had a heavy lunch.So for next two days I will going on very lite food and good excercise:bowdown

    For me, weekends are a bit frightening as I tend to eat a lot :rant

    Thats my fear factor also.Anyway Sunday we will play badminton for 2-3 Hrs along with normal jogging.I will very busy in weekends with my course and other things.So sometime I will close my eye on food :bowdown.In 68Kgs now have to go back to 60Kgs,my old dresses are waiting in cupboard for me.Also possibility of PCOS occuring again if I put on weight.:hide:

    Good to know you are active Lakshmi.

    Our weekends are typical - going out for shopping, eating lunch, lazing away, going for library.

    So typically no work.
    Since I missed my jog this morning, tomm, will plan to get up early and do it
