    My Monthly Update:
    60% overall.. and
    I can happily strike off 1 of the 15 tangible goals as DONE! :p So that is a good thing.

    I am greatly looking forward to March.. Feb has been a crazy month.. and I do better when things follow a routine.. March looks like falling back in a routine. Hoping it does. :rotfl

    Girls..
    Pls try to come up with a percentage. If you cannot gauge your progress quantitatively, who else can? :tongue believe me, it will help you fine tune your plan and progress.

    Also, they say 3 weeks is enough time to make an act a habit. We have been sailing thorugh this DDWA thing for 2 months already and I think most of us would be ready for moving from weekly to monthly updates.. Feel free to log your weekly updates if you like to.. I shall update monthly. And pls, post your percentage of success.. I shall update our tracker sheet. :thumbsup

    Percentage wise I've reached a little over 70% of my goal. But I still got 30% left to go... I'm trying to accomplish it by May.

    Here is my update.

    -Daily Chores- its been good these 2 weeks , 80%
    -Politeness towards dh- 90%, I kept my cool almost all the times..:thumbsup
    -Exercise- 50% ,not been regular because DD wasnt well...

    Anyways, I have started this week on a good not , lets see ....

    Dear Friends

    Can i join the DDWA club. I know i am 2 months late but just got to know about this now. These are the goals i want to achieve

    1) Exercise (Body) - 30 minutes walk atleast 5 days a week
    2) Bring my blood sugar normal or near to normal - random less than 150
    3) Erase the worry habit - want to worry less and cheer more. Help me how to quantify this
    4) For my DH - dont poke on him on his side family & relatives - no arguments or less than 2 arguments on this matter:bonk
    5) clean home & kitchen - clean & presentable home every morning. Exceptions less than 5 times a month :hide:
    6) professional - learn atleast one new technology or updates in working technology in 2 weeks.

    Please join me in your club and want to be questioned hard when i deviate from my goal.

    Hi HP.. :welcome to the club! We are OPEN till 31st Dec 2011 so it is never too late. :thumbsup
    And great measurable goals!
    For your 3rd goal - on how to quantify it..
    well how about you jot down your worries for a week or so and see what worries you the most or what gets you.. so you can work on it. You may want to cure the cause than treat the symptom. :)
    To measure, if you want something meticulous, grade the overall day before you go to bed. Ask yourself, "Was I happy Today?" that will give an idea on how you are doing overall.. Hope I make sense.. :idea
