    Re: Any other ideas welcome

I cleaned the fridge over the weekend and removed all expired items...also, tried to use the "about-to-expire" food so there is no food wastage...
We hardly use microwave at home. We use it only to heat my morning milk and my husband uses it to re-heat leftover food. So, it gets a little dirty, not much.
Any special tips on cleaning the microwave?

    Hi Sahmaara,

    Good going :cheers

For microwave, keep water in a bowl and squeeze some lemon into it. or if you have used lemons put them and boil it for 2-3 minutes.

be careful while opening and taking it out.
take a damp cloth and all the dusty particles will come off easily.

then wipe with a clean cloth.

Thanks so much for starting this thread. Add me too!

I had to clean my firdge last night after a long time, as there was no space left for storing the butter too. I have found too many expired items, good, my husband was not there when I had done this job. I have been thinking of setting an reminder for each cleaning task , but fortunately saw your thread now.

    What is the next task?

    Tanmayi

    Welcome Tanmayi to this thread/
I agree with you. When the husbands see such things coming out of the cupboard or the fridge, we get more embarrased :hide:

My DH calls my Kitchen cupboard as the 'Dinosaur cupboard' as he thinks even a dinosaur might come out of it one today :biglaugh

This week's challenge: clean the microwave
    Clear out those unwanted shoes
