Sure I will Chithra. Know wat, chapathi has been one of my nightmares...The shape n softness just would not come for me..Four years ago, trust me, a not joking, my husband had a bleeding cut in his gums trying to bite my Poori Thanks to Tortilla chapathi maker u know...Only for the past 6 months Im making round chapathis that are humanly edible n soft...
i tried one concept to make chapathi soft and sweet which tastes good. 1spoon maida,4 pieces of bread, milk half tumbler, wheat you needed for your level, oil, water. powder the bread in mixie or powder by hands. Then add little water in a vessel and add little milk and powdered bread.when it is mixed add that maida and wheat.mix the remaining milk and water lightly.then add oil lightly. After making dough close it with plate and keep it for 30minutes then it will be very sweet. during roll chapathis spray some wheat flour and make chapathi. Then prepare the chapathi in pan, it will come softly and melt inside your mouth
