what gift did you get this V'day?

He gave me a Steamer , a steamer which is used for facials:thumbsup. Well I have expected a designer saree:rotfl. Got something which is more useful

 

We gift when we feel like, so none expected during V-day.

dint expect any gifts from him..honestly but wanted to spend some quality time together
had a very bad day yday
i was sick and had some issues at home with mil added we had to work yesteday
so dint celebrate anything
i gifted him a computer gadget he was looking for since a while though

My gift is getting to spend another valentine's day married to my dh. :kiss

Our first valentine's day together was 5 years ago and he gifted me a gold ring with diamonds set in the band. Now I wear that same ring, gifted to me on valentine's day years ago, as my wedding ring. Whenever I look at it, I think of Valentine's day and the love we had, and still have, for each other.

Hi,
after a very non romantic 23 years of married life, I donot expect anything special from him any time /date of the year. Same with V dy also. But he got me a.... guess what..... extension cord for my new electric sewing machine. It is really a useful thing needed now and so I was surprised he remembered to buy it when he went out yesterday evening. I used to gift him during his b'day and our anniversary but got scoldings in return and so stopped gifting.
I expect that he be more even-tempered on a daily basis than a costly gift on V day.
