    Thank you nimmi dear felt bore hence i tried this recipe.My dh too liked it.No side dish needed for it:biglaugh

    Capcicumm gravy roti ku emergencya panen.But really it came well my mummy and sister too said really superb.nee ivlo nalla samaikrantaanga:biglaugh:biglaugh

    illa nimmi, adhu pagu vellama irundha dhan colour ah theriyum, idhu vellai(white) vellam , so ipdi dhan varum, taste sweet ah nalla dhan irundhudhu, sweet na sweet ah irukanum enga veetla, illana sapida matanga

    Today only I saw also your posts of Virtual feast....Ore.. Nala Bagam than daily... kalakareenga.... After seeing all these.. am feeling so hurry... feel like taking it out from PC and eat it....:spin

    just now seen your post

    The masal we have to prepare is usual one.

    take a pan add little oil,little mustard,very little methi seeds,ulutham parauppu,and 1tablespoon of kadalai paruppu,coconut-1tablespoon,dried redchilly-5 to 6,thaniya seeds or thaniya powder -2 tea spoon


    Fry it well and allow it to cool and grind it as dry.The mixtures main flavor is thaniya.Hence highlighted it.


    Then as usual fry and cook the vegetables then add tamarind water,turmeric,asafoetida and salt.

    when it becoming thick add the masal,cooked dhal and salt if you want to increase spicyness means add plain chilly powder.

    Then your hotel taste or brahmin sambar will be ready.

    The same concept for puli kulambu last dhal is absent.Then your DH will chappukoti saapduvaaru.

    Subha, your colurful spicy rice, mushroom bell pepper gravy - yummy, tummy full.

    Sonia - white kesari nice. decoration super. jeera rice - my favourite.

    Nimmy - puffy, jiffy idli. thanks for sharing.

    Ecogreen - Sorry I dont know your name pa.. your carrot halwa and its decoration lovely, yummy.

    Sukanya - greeny, tasty pasta.

    Latha - Oats banana milk shake - It attracted me very much. thiruvadirai kalikku thanks.

    Ragaprasanna - peas, carrot dosa - colurful, noodles, veg puff, choco fudge - all my favourite items.

    so friends, my tummy is full. thanks for your wonderful feast.
