    Hi all
I really have a question that is worring me. I see that so many of you moms give dosa and idli so many times and so many mornings - how do you do it? Do you keep the batter for a few days? If that is the answer tham i think my recipe is not good. Can you give me some tips?

    Today:
    Bfast: milk (refuse anything else)
Lunchbox: rice and peas with paneer tikka
snack: curd with honey and toast
dinner: soup and rice and dal (stil thinknig about it)

The past month my kid had a change in routine after starting to attend pre-school. I am still trying hard to find a balance. This is what I fed( or planning to feed ) today:

    Breakfast : Cereal and milk
Lunch : Cabbage paneer parata cut into small squares
    Dinner: Dosa and curd rice.
    Snacks: crackers, apple and cheerios.

Yes, Anamika, I grind idli batter and use it for a week. Please refer to Ask Chitvish forum specifically the recipe index and the jiffy cooking threads. You will find a lot of resource and tips there...

For my 16 month old princess..

    Right after bed:milk at 6:30am
    Breakfast:Whole wheat cereal
Lunch:dal-daliya with 1/2carrot,4beans,1/2 squash( in which I eat the most)
Snacks:home made juice of apple, kiwi, plum and a piece of strawberry
    Dinner:Dal with 3/4 roti
will take Milk during sleep time

Besides that,I have a issue with her feeding habits too..
she dont like to eat sliced fruit so I have to make puree. Now she dont like puree and will hold one spoon puree for 1/2 hour or so without swallowing it.she do this with dal, roti or anything I give her to eat.It takes me 1 hour or so everytime I feed her.
    That so frustrating!!!

Do any mothers face same problem with their kid??What is the solution for this habit????????????
