Today morning i tried this rawa puttu for breakfast. It turned out YUMMY. Thanks dear.
As usual the credit goes to you..
My DH hates Idli, but forced himself to eat at times. Let me add veg in Idli and give it to him. Can I cook the veg before or raw veg on idlis?? Loong back once tried raw veg on Idli and i felt that the veg have no taste and the taste of Idli also spoiled....
So tell me how to add the veg on idlis?

    hi Soniya
I tried a new methi receipe on my own .....(Waited for your receipe know)

I make pakodas ( with methi leaves add channa atta + chilli powder + garam masala + little rice atta + salt + haldi and mix it and fried in oil)

Then in the pan - Add little oil + jeera + onion + garlic and fry..

Then added tomatoes and fry. Then add chilli powder + yellow powder + dhania powder + salt + little water to make a gravy. When the gravy thickens add garam masala and fried methi pakodas and boil for 5 mts. Then garish with corrainder leaves.

How is it? It tasted very nice ( I want to taste , and i tasted three pakodas in the morning only) .

    Is this receipe is OK????
I always use Oilve oil for cooking and frying.... because of DH cholestrol.
Please tell me your comments Soniya.....
