hi all - I wanted to know your experiences regd emirated ID. In which centre does the typing , registration happens fast ? Also I have heard that 31 st dec is the last date for the ID. Has anybody heard if this is extended ? I do'nt have an ID now and i am flying to india on 20th and back on 4 th , is it true that it would be difficult to enter dubai without the emirated ID ?
HI Priyanka, there is no difficulty in entering Dubai as far as I know, the only thing is after Dec 31st if you dont have the Id with you , you need to pay fee at the immigration . And regarding the address for typing and all i will provide u by evening or tomorow. since my DH is also getting it done . Bye and Tc Anitha.
Dear priyanka2009, I was easily able to get an appointment at the al barsha branch for the emirates ID...and after going there me and my husband were able to get thru the entire process within half an hour...really fast service!
Thanks Sofiya for the information , but now as the 31st dec deadline is near all centre have long queues ... i am going to register before 31st if possible
