Place : Bangalore, KARNATAKA
Time: 8:15 AM

He is MBBS doctor and is trying for Post Graduate, MS seat. So far two exams are over and he has been unsuccessful. Few more entrance exams are there in January and February 2011. He is very depressed because everybody in his batch has been successful in getting PG seat.

And also saturn is in ascendant along with raaghu. I am not able to concentrate in my studies. I am worrying a lot abt the outcome. This determines my life.I am currently having mercury dasa with venus bhukthi(VENUS IN 6TH PLACE).Jupiter in 12th place. I wanted to know whether i will be successful. I am looking forward to hear a reply from you. I understand that there are a lot of people before me. I am very sorry for my impatience but I just needed to know the outcome irrespectiveof whatever it is. I agree that hardwork can never be replaced but I am unable to concentrate as these exams are unpredictable. Plz help sir. I understand your present state of mind.
But at this stage what is important is the personal effort.
Not a response from an astrologer as it is important you concentrate on your duty which is now studying and writing the exam.

If the astrologer says, “No”, what would happen? You would definitely lose the interest and the enthusiasm. It would be a shock for you. What would be the result? Please think!
You would get more tension and then won't be able to concentrate.
Your question also seems to be very hysterical.

So the answer if negative, I doubt if you able to accept it, hence I can’t fully answer your question.
This is the time when an astrologer feel really worried about the outcome of a prediction, especially to give a prediction to some one who is in a worried state of mind. I don’t know you personally and the circumstances around you!

I am sorry I have to say this. If it was me, I would concentrate on the study, put my maximum effort, and then wait for the result. Even if I fail, I would not regret as I know I have given my maximum. Again this is the wrong time to ask this question. Had you finished the exam and come back and ask me, I would have given you a prediction right away. There are certain things and certain time in life we do not consult an astrologer. Some one asked me last week when would my 20 months old child start eating properly? What a weird question to ask an astrologer?

Having said that, it does not shy me away from giving you an answer today.

I have done a Prasna on your question.
There are some at least 4 factors we look at if the question you asked me is going to give a good result positive.

If all these 4 parameters says "yes" that means full success.
If some says yes and some other parameter says "No", then it is a partial success.
But considering the nature of the question,it looks like it is either win or lose, May be there is no partial win or partial failure. You should tell me as I do not know how many exams you are writing.
I am taking this as an exam is related with your Job.

So the significator here is Mars. This mars has gone to 6th house of enemy/loss/rogasthan and is under rahu / ketu axis. Rahu Ketu brings certain amount of worry. Those are unlucky planets. It is also conjunct with 12th lord of loss. That indication is trouble some.

Lagna lord is moon and it is in the 8th house of delay, loss and afflicted by being in the sani's rasi. I can see moon is separating from the significator of the prasna. That is again worry.
The plus point here is gains lord is aspecting the bhava, but the gains lord and bhava lord is in a separation. So the aspect is just not good enough, that would mean you could have a partial success means if you are writing multiple exams, you could pass some of them. Jupiter a benefic planet aspecting the lagna, that again means a partial success. The karaka of the prasna mars aspecting the lagna, that again tells me a partial success.

Here the moon the Mana Karaka, also the indicator for the effort you are making shows the effort from your end is not good enough. It may not be purposeful, but your circumstances are such that you are not able to put your maximum effort to get the desired result.

All I could advise at this stage is take time off from what ever you are doing at the moment, and give your 100 percent in preparation. That is when you can get a result. I would not comment on whether you fully pass or fail at this stage because my statements should not become a deterrent for you to either give up OR relax thinking success is assured by Prasna.

It does not mean that I have not made a conclusion, if you read my lines above, you would know what the result is going to be.

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for the reply. I understand that what I am asking is stupid. But I am unable to concentrate. I will definitely work hard. i really feel that my efforts are not sufficient. But trying to do it. But my personal circumstances are not helping me. My husband does not encourage me and I don't have a strong heart and I am not focussed. I have spent lakhs and lakhs of money for these exams. I understand that I am very much worried that time and money are wasted and I have a lot of regrets.

This is a clinical exams and It is a practical exams on patients. last time when I wrote it I cleared partially-Supplementary. Then I LOST THE SUPPLEMENTARY. So I have to do the entire exam again.
Results are usually
pass(clearing all three papers-each paper has 5 components)
fail (Failing all three or failing 2 out of 3)
supplementary (clearing 2 out of three)-partial pass.
I have exactly 40 days more and I have to work hard. I will give my full efforts and rest i will leave to GOD. Let him decide whats best for me. Thank you very much sir for warning me. I will update you with my results once I get them on feb 12th,2010.

I am really thankful to you for the predictions. I am a bit confused regarding mars because mars is in the 7th place in my horoscope and venus is in the sixth place. My lagna lord is sun in the raasi chart and venus is the lagna lord in navamsa chart. I don't have moon as lagna lord in any of my charts and also I don't have mars in 6th place in any of the charts in my natal chart. Even if you take moon as ascendant, I don't have mars in 6th place from the moon in any of charts . Are you taking planetary positions on January 29th,2011 for your prasna?. I am extremely sorry. I just wanted to clarify. I will work hard sir. Thank you very much for clearing my queries. Have a great week sir.

Hi Minal

I can understand the aspiration you have for studies, which is a good thing.
I feel very happy to meet individuals with high ambitions.
I have done a Prasna on your question.

I am getting Lagna as Mars. Mars would represent you as the person who asked me this question.

Sun a fiery and dry planet is conjunct Lagna, that is not a good indication.
Mars the Lagna lord has gone to 2nd to itself showing bhava vridhi( growth of the bhava), but is under rahu ketu axis. This shows a good degree of uncertainty , and the worried state of your mind.
The lord of the gains is also with mars, but they are separating each other, that means we are not at gaining end as of today as per the question.
Mana(mind) karaka moon is in the 4th house of family happiness.
Looks like progress in the study and family has a close link.
There is no good aspect on the moon. This means that family factor would prevail any time you open up the books for reading.

The 5th lord that controls the higher studies, is in shaishava avastha (baby like - less strong)
It is moving away from the Lagna lord - Mars. That also tells me that the chances of doing a course at this moment is not looking good as we speak.
There is a time when the lagna lord would make a good aspect with 5th lord.

That is by the mid of August 2011.
The simple fact that the higher studies lord is present in its own house, and the higher studies lord aspect the lagna, there is a strong possibility of achieving admission for MBA, but at the moment, it is all unclear due to the facts I mentioned above (high lighted text).
