Special shlokas for specific purposes

Dear Mathangi,
Thanks for posting the sloka.
In one book I read that Kanchi Mahaperiyavaa has prescribed this sloka for some one afflicted with cancer and the patient got cured by chanting this sloka.

Yes it's 100%proven fact.
Narayaneeyam,last slough of 8th dasakagham is this slough,any serious ill health gets cured if chanted sincerely for 45 days,continuously 108 times or at least 64 or32,16 times.sure of relief from illness. Righam means illness.

We can make our children memorise this slog a along with other daily prayers,they will remember life long.

Tooo........late a reply. But just happened to see this post. The slokam is complete. just the numbering is wrong. The last 3 verses are missed out.

Idhamashtothara satham naamnaam thasya padanthi ye,
Srunwanthi vaa theshu beetha, kuru dhwam maa pravesanam.

Bhukthi mukthi pradhamDunder vardhana dhanya pravardhanam,
Brahma bhooya karam stotram japantham nithya madharath.

Yathra kathra Ganesaya china yukthani vai bhata,
Dhaamaani thathra sambheetha , kurudhwam maa pravesanam.

These are the last 3 verses of the sloka.

Today the first thing i did was i checked your reply.I was sure that you will reply to each and everyone without any differences between junior il or senior.Even i have noticed some asking you as a command way but still in your reply that calmness is there.I think may be because your prayers have helped you.Mam let me ask you onething
my hus has lost his job and is in search of a new one.my case i am a teacher i can go for job only if he gets one.one more thing there is no continuity in my job.both of us ,whatever we earn will be spent too fast .any slokas which you can suggest .
