how does HSMP works for indians.. does qualifying for points alone makes you eligible to go and apply for a visa at the UK Consulate.. or do we need to get any approval of the work permit after determing the points eligibility this is urgent,please help...am from india, and want to apply from here...
Dear Ashwini, HSMP which is called Tier 1 these days is issued to individuals who want to travel and come to UK and search for a job here. Hence Tier 1 is a kind of work permit which allows you to work legally in UK and you do not need any other WP reference. If you are eligible ( based on the points scored ) you may apply and most of them get Tier 1 based solely on the points scored.You do not need any approval or work permit if you are eligible , go ahead and apply.
