    Dear Mrs.Chithra,

Had my friend came over with her mom just to have a cup of tea; she strongly insisted no breakfast. Inspite of that, thought of making tier idly with one potato and 4 idlies. Unbelievably easy & superb in taste. But, I added batter in our regular idly plates and it was perfect to take it out. Though I put 1tbsp of curry and spread it on the plate, felt like that it is more of potato idly than the potato stuffing, which is the best part.

Worth to make that too for kid's dabba, that was my friend's & her mom's comment. Maybe tomorrow again for my kids!!

    Thanks a bunch.

    My dear Chithra,

Today I made chole masala powder and made Rajma masala with the powder. I always follow your Rajma masala recipe and this time I made it adding freshly made chole masala powder. The flavour and taste is just superb. We will have rajma tonight for dinner along with rotis. I am sure we will all enjoy tasty rajma recipe. Thanks for sharing another tasty recipe.

    Love and regards
    Priya

    Dear Chitra madam

Made Brinji rice; Paneer Bhurji. Brinji rice is so aromatic and full of flavours. Loved it.
I am eternally thankful to you (and a FB of varloo) for using up curdled milk for paneer. Else I would have thrown the curdled milk.
    Thanks
    Nitha

    Hi Mrs.C,

Am here with a FB for carrot methi paratas. NO palak, hence, came up with methi. As usual, they all came out soft. No need to worry anymore infront of guests as you are giving a big lists of paratas. Nowadas, making paratas for friends is like a piece of cake. Thanks to all yr recipes. More parata recipes are welcome.

    Thanks.

p.s.: can I use thick onion peanut chutney in the place of potato curry for two tier idly?
