    Dear Friends,

    Let us start working towards our goal to increase metabolism, by starting our weight training. From today lets include 15-20 mins of strength training.

    I will attach here the complete list of participants today itself. And wil update the starting weight and end weight at the end. So we will come to know about our progress. So please update your weight at the end.

    Hi All,

    Me in too........!!!!

    I have started weight training from this saturday.

    So the trainer has planned 3 days cardio and 3 days strenght training for me.

    Will update the result next week here.

    Dear All,
    before starting your weight training exercises please warm up for at least 15 mins then start your weight training exercises and after you finish please do stretch so your body is not sore the next day. Also start with simple exercises then slowly go for harder ones this happens when your metabolism has gone up

    Today is my first day in this challenge. I dont know how much I will be able to accomplish because I am extremely busy today, but I will atleast make it a point to walk. And will start the weight training tomorrow. Anyway all the best to all of you ladies :thumbsup

    P.S: Starting weight: 121.5 lbs i.e. 55.1 kg
