    Hi all, Just saw the replies (sorry am too late i guess ;) been long since i logged onto this site)..

    Congrats to all thala diwali friends :)) Hope u all rocked..

    Mine was wonderful... lit deepams in patio (got those from an indian store here), went to temple, made savories (ribbon pakoda), kaju katli, rava laddu and theratipaal.... all from chitvish recipes :))) and i was very glad that they all came out very well.. my husband was all surprised and full of pride :))))) it was a very memorable diwali indeed.. we shared those sweets with few of friends here..
