Dear Shiva,
I have reduced my weight by 1 kg now.I'm feeling lighter.
Though my periods are due now, I'm feeling that I have reduced weight.
But one thing,I have a very long thick hair well below my waist.
Now, I my hair has lost thickness and the bounce which I had.
Whether it could be because of the weight loss?
I'm having curry leaves boiled in hot water and drinking for the whole day.
Please clarify, when you find time.
