Check it out - http://www.indusladies.com/forums/1487094-post960.html Wanted to make baked thattai too, looked very easy.. but not sure why, after baking for 10 mins, it was all breaking up, like soft biscuit I guess more butter I don't know.. I am planning to deep fry the mix (can I do that?) Thanks a bunch, without your help, I wouldn't have done it.. Cho chweet of you

Last couple of weeks it was mainly "kerala cooking"; vellarikka tharichathu; kadala varutharachathu; aviyal; ishtu... after a two weeks of coconut parade; I am back to normal cooking) Made a few normal items too.
