Difficulty to fall asleep for past few weeks..

    ad, the transition time is difficult... k dropped his nap soon after starting school and was crashing at 4/5 pm. outdoor time works well, but we also started doing a quiet activity in the afternoon, read a book quietly, colour a page, listen to music or watch a short dvd for 30 min. his energy level then peaks up at 4 pm - when my energy levels are going down ;-p
