    I had been to u r thread today how to eat the fruits in correct way.
    Being new to IL i am so sorry to see so late. But it was so informativeand i have come to know that fruits must be eaten before breakfast or before meals. I always used to give fruits to my children after meals.

    Thanx for u r good information for helalth point of view too.

    Pl if u have any other valuable info reg health , be posted.
