Stove Top Thin Crust chicken Pizza

    hi friends......
    here i/m posting my recipe here for the first time.....

    its a Stove Top Thin Crust Chicken Pizza....
    its Very easy to make.....
    Ingredients
    Plain Flour - 1 cup ( app 250 gm)
    Dry Yeast - 1/2 tsp
    Sugar - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Warm Water - 3/4 cup
    Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 - 1 cup
    Vegetables of ur choice for topping( Red, green bell peppers, onions etc)
    Cooked chicken pieces ( cut into small cubes)
    Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
    Oregano seasonings
    Chilli flakes

    1 Mix Flour + salt.
    2 Mix Warm Water + yeast + sugar and keep aside for 10 min.
    3 Add required Water yeast mix (add in small quantity)to the flour and knead well to make the dough.
    (make sure the dough is neither too tight nor too sticky)
    4 Roll out the dough (or flatten with hands) in the size of thin crust pizza.
    5 Take a flat bottom nonstick pan/ tawa and grease with some olive oil.
    6 Place the rolled out pizza base on the pan.
    7 Apply pizza sauce.
    8 Put some grated cheese.
    9 Add vegetables + chicken pieces.
    10. Sprinkle some chilli flakes & oregano seasonings.
    11 Spread on the grated cheese on top.
    12 Now place the pan on a medium heat stove for 2 min
    13 Keep fire on low and cover & cook for 10 - 15 min /upto the pizza is done.

    BTW just a small clarification. Do i need to let the dough prove or raise for awhile before spreading the toppings?

    hi.....

    after making the dough, just leave it for 10-15 mins....

    and then roll out
    then add toppings...

    I make thin-crust pizza with the above method and it turns out yummmm...always. Have not made one in a long time, so your post is actually a reminder that its time for one!
