    Chitummaaa..

Yesterday dinner was cabbage paratha (ginger and green chilli) with curd and pickle... i find these kind of stuffed or mixed veggies with parathas more comfortable for dinner... thanks again for this easy and delicious dish... today for breakfast channa pasta salad mixed with curd... i also added little honey S loves that taste... very very filling and yummy...

    Dear Vahee,
    Thanks!!
I used to follow this routine till recently. But now, I have changed rotis etc for lunch since after the surgery, I feel quite tired by the evening to make detailed dinner. So, on days I make roti-lunch, I make one-pot-meals like
    Kichdi & Kadhi
    Fada ni Kichdi
    Thengai Kanji
    Podiarisi Kanji & Sammandhi
    Curd lapsi
In my present stage, convenience is the criterion!!

Next I will post channa-paneer-lettuce salad!!
    Love,
    C

    Dear Chitra madam;
Made Walnut bounbon biscuts inspired by "you know who ":queen. I didn't have walnuts; so followed your and varloo's suggession of powdered almonds and cashews. It came out very well; and quite easy too..
    Thanks

    Dea Nitha,
If only I had guessed that bon bons will appeal so much, I would have posted long back - I first tried it in March 2008, when somebody got me a pack of walnuts from Jammu!!
    It is absolutely melt-in-the-mouth !!
    Take care.
    Love,
    C.

    Dear Mam,

tried the recipes for "matar paneer","pasta with home made sauce",and cucumber oothappam after a very long time.all the dishes turned very tasty .the home made sauce tasted similar to the one we get in pastamania .with your tips preparing matar paneer was jiffy n also perfect.
as always the oothappams saves the time and is very jiffy to prepare.

with the vast recipes here even repeating the recipe is rare .thanks for all the recipes and the tips with them ensuring the sucess.

attached are the photos for matar paneer and pasta with home made sauce.

    love
