Help: Want to sell a 5yr old Flat in Anna Nagar West Hello all: I am a NRI in New York who has a flat in the Belly Area (Z Block) section of Anna Nagar West. It is just opposite the Chinmaya School in Anna Nagar. My question is this: Do any of you have any guesstimates of the price per sq ft for flats in the Anna Nagar area in general or that specific place? I would also appreciate any links you can provide me in pricing as it would help me advertise the flat to sell. Any ideas on selling/brokers would be appreciated as well. Thanks RS

But here are the details of my flat: I bought it brand new in 2005 and closed it in 2006. Rented it starting in 2007 or early '08. There is a renter there now and it's a wonderful family, so they'll leave when I ask them to. The flat is: It's about 1500 sq ft total. 3 BR / 3 Bath with Western style commodes. Fully tiled (mosaic), no marble sorry. A/C in all 3 bed rooms but you can fit your own if you want to. It's in the Belly Area of Anna Nagar (Z Block) just in front of Chinmaya School so it's very convenient if you are thinking of putting your kids there. The apartment is in very good condition and you'll love it for the location and the views since there is no building but empty space behind this building. The apartment is in the 2nd floor. The balcony in the back gets very good breeze and is great for summer evenings when it is cooler.
