Dear CV amma, This is my first interaction with you.Iam a silent reader/admirer of your posts/recipes/slokas/blogs. I have tried mixed rice varieties, dry veggies and few gravies.Needless to say, everything is awesome. I come here everyday to check whether you have started to write again.I found it out today. Thanks for coming back.I can find new recipes and mouth watering pictures hereafter.:crazy You are a strong inspiration to handle the surgical and emotional trauma! I thought I will share all this one day and luckily I have got the right opportunity today.
My Dear Chith, Welcome back! May you feel much better everyday! Like others here I for one was eager to see you back! Good to have you here again! Tons of hugs!!!!
Dear RG, Welcome to my forum. It is such a feel-good factor that new interactions are happening for me!! I have read your posts in various forums. RG, when God gives you problems, he gives us the mental stamina to handle them also. Instead of complaining, 'why me', we should ask 'why not me?' and bring our stamina to the fore!! Thanks & do stay tuned. Love, C
Dear Janani, Thanks! With so many well-wishers here, I feel more positive vibrations already regarding my health!! Love, C.
Thank you Chitra Ma'am, as quick as ever in giving a feedback. Yeah will try out and let you know. The photos you post look so yummy, maybe I try to cut out the bread in my enthu, trying to prove myself to be another Chit Ma'am,which I cannot be for sure, is the problem.Let me see how it works next time.
Dearest Chitra mami, Very very happy to see you back in action. Welcom back. Missed you badly. In your absence only I found out, that you ( and this forum) were a strong motivation for me to try new recipes . :bowdown . I just did some repeats apart from the festival bhakshanams during Janmashtami , Vinayaka chaturthi etc. Now that you are back, I think I should try some thing new and post my fb here.
Dear Chithra, I shout ''YAAHOOOOO, YAHOOOOOO.....' like Shammi Kapoor shouts in Junglee. IL was like an empty house without you. We all missed you much. Now, I did make many many things these days. I successfully made poli, kozhukattais, ulundu vadai, appam for th pandigais after some years. I am happy about that, very much. Then I also made multi grain bread last week, just loved the aroma and taste. But I think that I should bring my bread to you once to know if it is baked right. There is a slight raw taste, it is sticky slightly. I also made jain tomato pulao, paneer tikka masala, rajma last weekend for Aravindh. And the usual oothappams and aapams also happened. I also made semiya payasam and send it to my mom during the Varalekshmy Vratham, she was really bowled over. The consistence remained the same till night. And many recipes are on the queue, may be white bread today.
