    Got my cardio routine done after a walk of 40 minutes this morning listening to beautiful songs in different languages.

    Hi ladies, Finally .....finally after 1.5weeks I did hit the gym yesterday though for just 50minutes. Did 17minutes of cardio on stepper and arms.
    1.5Kg dumbbells biceps curl 40x3sets, hammer curls 40x3sets, triceps extension 40x3sets, tricep kick backs 40x3set, side lateral raise 20x1set and 10x1set, front lateral raise 30x1set and 20x1 set. Stretched for some 3 minutes and left gym:) Hope I can gym today also.

    Good workout Ami....

    I did my toning workout using 1 kg dumbbells concentrating on different ways of biceps,triceps and shoulders.Did lot of reps.In between did some comprehensive exercises for legs too.Took about 25 minutes.

    This morning walked for good 45 minutes at a moderate to brisk pace.This works as a decent cardio routine.

    Last evening did 2 segments from Namaste yoga series titled Dancing sun and gate opening each 12 minute dynamic ones.

    Walked only for 1/2 hour this morning.DH was there with me for a while too.Felt very lethargic and still feeling the same way.

    Ami,nice to hear from you.The commendable part is we are trying our best to keep up to our promise here.Kudos to that...

    It was raining heavily this morning so instead of going for walk i opted for my power yoga indoors.Did a segment called the Earth-series which involved Bhujangaasana,maarjaraasana etc etc.The series is 24 minute duration including warm up,12 minute dynamic postures and cooldown-shavaasana.

    I went for 40 minutes walk yesterday morning and did the same this morning also.Made the pace more brisk after 15 minutes.
    Not been doing any toning workout past 2 days...

    wasnt here last week. Its pretty hectic here + India trip coming up

    This week:

    Monday - 50 mins core workout - dead
    Tuesday - wont be anything.
