    Yesterday I did 15mts of stepper for cardio. Then 50x3sets of upper crunches, 50x4sets of leg raise and dumbbells 2kg for hands all 30x3sets. Dumbbell curls, hammer curls, tricep extensions and tricep kickbacks.
    Thigh abductor and adductor 100x2sets at 15kg.

    Yesterday evening i did Ab crunches-both upper and lower abs 40 reps,pelvic tilts 40 reps,scissors-20 on both sides.
    with 3.6 kg dumbbells chest flies and presses 20 reps/2 sets.
    neck exercises also.

    Couldn`t go for morning walk due to heavy rains here.Leaving outstation for the next 5 days too.

    Hi Geevee what is scissor cut?

    Yesterday I did 10minutes of big stepper, torso rotation 30x2sets(15kg), side crunches 100x1set and 50x1set each side with 2.5kg. Treadmill 13minutes and glute machine 100x2sets each leg at 20lbs. Parallel arm leg raise(Noukasanam) 40x2sets and opp arm leg raise 40x2sets for each.

    Hi all,

    I have not done anything for the past 3 days... don't know why. Not feeling very motivated. I lost 2 kg in the past 3 weeks... felt good, but now I am worried that i will gain it back if i don't start working out soon. Tomorrow i have my body sculpt class... hope that kick starts my workout routine.

    Hi ami,

    I did not feel like going to my body sculpt class today, but somehow dragged myself out and went there, it felt so nice after finishing the workout.

    Hope you will also be back in gym soon.

    I'm sorry if this is a wrong thread to post this, but I need some urgent help.

    If any of you do dumbbell workout. Please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.

    I started doing some dumbbell workout to tone my arms. But the problem is whenever I exercise with dumbbell my arms end up looking more fat. I'm not overdoing the exercise. I gradually increased the reps every week... started with 3 reps, then 6 reps, 8 reps and now I do each exercise 15 times. I have been doing the exercises for more than five weeks now. If I stop doing the exercise for 3 or 4 days. My hands go back to normal shape. Anyone else faced similar problem? Is swelling really normal? Please advise.

    I have included the exercise I do in pictures. I use 1.5 Kg dumbbells for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and 3 Kg dumbbell for 6 and 7.
