    I am so J of you for the steam bath. My gym has a sauna but I have never stepped anywhere near it. No time:((

    Monday - 30 mins cross trainer, 10 mins abs and arms - Not too pleased
    Tuesday - Nothing
    Wednesday - 30 mins core abs. I was late for the class:(Thursday - 30 mins CT. Was very tired. Ate like a pig too:((
    Friday - 35 mins CT, 20 mins abs and arms - Feel great

    Hi Jolly, take 10minutes from your exercise once in a month or two weeks and enjoy sauna. Believe me at 40degrees we cant stand more than 15mts in steam, it must be the case with sauna too.

    Yesterday I did threadmill and crosstrainer for 5mts each.
    • Lateral pull down 20x2sets back and 20x2sets front(5kg).
    • Chest flyes 30x3sets 10kg.
    • Dumbbell curls 40x3sets, hammer curls 40x3sets, tricep extension 40x3sets, tricep kickbacks 40x3sets with 1.5kg dumbbells.
    • Side crunches 100x2sets each side and stretching.

    I skipped workout yesterday (fri). Today, I went for a jog, did 6 rounds in the football stadium (around 3 km).

    Hi all,

    I went for my first competitive marathon yesterday. It was 13 km open competition for both men and women. I completed in 1 hr 35+ mins. I will receive the official timing later. It felt so good to complete the run.

    Hi veryone, good to know everyone is well on track:)
    Ir an on thrreadmill for about 2.7kms in 18mts. Then did dumbbells with 2kgs, curls ,hammer curls, tricep extensions and kickbacks all 30x3sets. Abc runches 50x4sets, parallel raise 30x2sets and side raise 100x1set each. As usual saturday and sunday were resting days:)

    After a good warm up for 5 mnts,started with Ab exercises.

    Crunches and rectus abdominus-10 +10 pulses/3 sets
    obliques R & L -20 reps/2 sets

    Combination of obliques & rectus-6 reps
    Lower abs-20 reps

    Then using 3.6 kg dumbbells:

    Bicep curls-20 reps/2 sets
    Triceps-20 reps/2 sets

    Finished with some neck exercises;

    Altogether came to 25 minutes.

    Finished my cardio walk,3.2 kms in 40 minutes this morning.;looking forward for the toning and strengthening this evening.
