tips to reduce thighs

    The exercise that i gave really works and I posted everything that I know. So you can try only those arm exercise. Im sure you can reduce by trying it. Thank you. :thumbsup

    To start we can count for 50 times but i am doing for 60 counts, 1 minute. And here it follows
    with butt exercise. My sister adviced me to do this and it really works.

    To reduce butt and side thighs: Stand near the wall side ways (as yr side thigh facing the wall- perpendicular to wall) and push the wall with your thigh. count for 100-200 times. Do this exercise with your butt too. We can see reducing within 1 month.
    But i always avoid doing this exercise during menstrual cycle because im scared of doing it. Thank you.

    hi friends

    this post is very useful to me. i am doing yoga for 30 mins. i am not gaining weight but i cannot reduce. but i think its also wise to cut oil items and sweets which will be more helpful while doing these exercises.

    also if we start with 50 counts it will pain naturally. so my opinion is just to start with 10 to 15 counts and increase it gradually. this is my advice by my yoga teacher.

    first we were taught basic yoga exercise gradually we are doing asanas now.

    hi smartgrl,

    sorry yaar. I'll explain it again.
    To reduce thigh and butt: stand near wall. Beat your butt on the wall. Hit continuously, count 100- 200. Do the same exercise for side thighs too. Can u understand now? :)

    iam bhuvani.i want to reduce side thighs,butt and tummy.can u tell me exercise for this? i saw ur tips.can u tell me which exercise i want to do?im doing yoga for 30mins daily.i want to reduce it within a month pls can u tell me?

    hi bhuvani,
    thanks for joining me. i did "kneel down position". And i really benefited by reducing side thighs. And u can see my last post on 2 aug 2010. It really works. But now im in TTC. So im practicing only yogas. Anyways i have reduced 5 kgs, in two months :).
