WHenever i cook chicken curry or even biryani, my chucken is always dry and tough. How do i ensure that my chicken is tender?
hi akapasi... even i had the same problem...nowadays especially abroad v get those big,fat frozen chicken so it takes long time to cook... this is wat i do....take chicken in pressure cooker.. then add turmeric powder -1/4 tsp , gingergarlc paste-1/2tsp ,little water n salt ...pressure cook it till u get 2 wistles... after its done ..add the above into ur masala... This way u can prepare ur curry or biryani very fast n also ur chicken will be tender...
hi, clean the chicken and mix some salt. Keep aside for half an hour. then u cook the chicken will be so soft and chicken absorbs salt so when we cook it gives nice taste... try it..
