    hi akapasi...
even i had the same problem...nowadays especially abroad v get those big,fat frozen chicken so it takes long time to cook...
this is wat i do....take chicken in pressure cooker.. then add turmeric powder -1/4 tsp , gingergarlc paste-1/2tsp ,little water n salt ...pressure cook it till u get 2 wistles...
after its done ..add the above into ur masala...
This way u can prepare ur curry or biryani very fast n also ur chicken will be tender...

Marinate first with curd, chilli powder and salt. This will make chicken tender.

    hi,

clean the chicken and mix some salt. Keep aside for half an hour. then u cook the chicken will be so soft and chicken absorbs salt so when we cook it gives nice taste... try it..
