Justice delayed is justice denied:
The law in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" />India is moving in snail space, from the tandoor case to the latest of mahajan and of course now the Sanjay Dutt case it is so stretched that people develop sympathy towards the culprits, as it is so long ago and now the person concerned is so different from the situation that it was then..

whether it is the Bombay blast or the coimbatore blast many have even forgotten only to be reminded and even in that many have languished in the jail for nothing and acquitted now, it is playing with human life and their living which has gone for a toss.

The anger of the public towards any of these national issues wane over the years and they start feeling guilty towards the news about the sentence or acquittal. Who is actually the culprit, the lawyers I feel are the ones, who keep taking dates to carry the case to so many years and then the hearing start, by the time u could verify and cross verify, the judge ultimately is finding all issues to be frustrating so comes up with the final declaration of law with whatever is suitable then, he may be having the issues fresh because he reads the case most time, but what about we public, we have come to take it like live and let die.

Sometimes I feel is Sanjay Dutt also a victim because his mother was a muslim, Salman also not spared because he is a muslim, the cricket team of Pakistan also was not spared because they are muslims, naming them terrorists and then apologizing is only a tip of the ice berg. They should wake up and do away with these deeds, where are the educated crowd of muslims and why are they watching all these happenings without raising their voice it is time they did…

The fear of the muslims has been put into every mind, including the silent neighbourhood which u r not aware whether they indulge in such activity against the nation, it is sickening to notice that muslims instead of praying for the well being of the land where they make their living and survival listening to some fanatic blow up their own people their bretheren, when the educated lot who are actually not for these kind of activities watch all happening in silence then we are more annoyed feeling they are supportive of such issues, all they may come up with is HUM KYA KAREN come on u can make a difference raise your voice, whether it is Islamabad or India or America or UK u make a living u have come up so well your children have very good future to study and come up, then why join a fanatic and blow away your future in these lands.

When u cannot make people understand through peace process, then what use are all these blasting going to improve their thinking, I don’t think so..but worsen and the tribe of islam going to vanish or be lettered as the terrorist in history of life…regards sunkan

Dear Sunkan well said.

This blog has been revived after 3 years , and there was no comment to this lovely blog all these years ?

Yes, justice takes a long time in coming, as u can see, the Vhopal verdict , too little too late.

Strange things happen in this country, judicial system is rotten to say the least.

Regards
