    Great Tips.

    I have one question about storing of Fresh baby spinach

    I buy them from the Supermarket which comes in a sealed bag. I store it as it is in the Vegetable tray in the Fridge
    Within two days, the spinach becomes Soggy inside.

    It has happened to me on more than two occassions

    Any tips would be helpful
