Renting an Apartment/House in and near Perungudi Hi, We are planning to move to Chennai by second week of July and need a rental apartment/house by 3rd week of July. My Husband's work location will be Perungudi. I never lived in Chennai before and don't have much idea about locations in Chennai. So I need your help.......please Our son will be 5 this month and we need to find a good school in and around Perungudi. I believe they can take him in only for UKG. We would like to limit the travel to school within 3km. So please give your inputs about good school and good place to live in and around Perungudi. thanks BMP
Re: Renting an Apartment/House in and near Perungudi Perungudi is a good location.It is bit crowded.But there are plenty of options available for you to rent either independent house/Flats. Regarding schools,it might be difficult to get admission in June .But you can try a few. 1.Ponmalar vidyashram in ECR(around 5 kms.But you have van facility) 2.Gateway school(Fees is more..I beleive there is another forum discussing on merits/demerits of this school) 3.Abacus(again fees is high and the admission is very diffcult) Pls let me know if you know anything in particular.
