Chitra amma, hope you don't mind me replying this :)

Priya, the dryness is due to not enough sauce or pasta is not cooked right. I make pasta's regularly and I don't use microwave. Make sure you cook pasta the right way - Use cold water, close and bring to a boil, add salt, 2 spoons, yep might look too much, but pasta will be well seasoned. When ready, add all pasta at once, stir it,turn the heat on to bring it back to boil. Make sure there is no foams, if so, adjust the heat accordingly. Usually penne takes 4-5 minutes, but check the pasta by using a fork. For me usually it takes 1-2 mins more than the box specification :) Once done, immediately drain it, but dont over drain also. Pasta should be moist... so I usually have my sauce going on in the side, so I drain and immediately toss it into the sauce. About the sauce, pasta should neither be just coated nor drowned in sauce :)

    good luck !!

Dear Ramya, very good! Oven as gift is a brilliant idea.
buy a small muffin tray, a round cake tin, making sure, they fit inside comfortably; electric beater with 2 setd of blades, wooden spatula, pastry brush to start with. Gradually you can step up.
Cooking & crumb tray will be useful for biscuits & cookies.
In this forum Archana.kc has given a list essential for baking. Please look into it.
Hope you make a good start!!
    Love,
    Chithra

    dear chitra madam,
pls tell me what is chia seed, sabja seed and kalonji? and why are they used? pls tell me their uses separately.
is sabja seed and kaloji seed one and the same? they look similar in pictures.
i read that all of these seeds are having high health benefits so would like to know more about these and want to use it in regular diet.
i have been eating raw kalonji (1tsp) with water daily from last one week. is it okay to eat raw kalonji (black seed) daily? do you know more about kalonji seed like...does it act as cooling agent....etc. bcos i have a heat body.
    pls reply.
