    Hi Ladies,

    This is Preethi,new member of this forum.We moved from India to US 6 months back.We stay in Sunnyvale.I used to work in India as Software Engineer so looking for same kind of job in US.I have 3 years experience and also have work permit in US.As I am new to this place, I need some suggestions regarding job search.Currently,I am going thru Dice,Craigslist.Can anyone suggest me some new job listings? Can anyone help me out?Is it better to go thru consutancies???

    You can create a profile in Linkedin too. Add recommendations from your former employer, colleagues. Job search is also integrated into linkedin.. you can simultaneously build your career network there. Nowadays networking is more effective than simply floating your resume. Consultancies are also a good alternative. But be sure about their credibility. Some desi companies are notorious in exploiting freshers, sadly.
