Dear Nitha, a quick second FB for masala cookies. You can add a dash of ajwain or jeera if you prefer.
Potato isin, any or every form is a 'life-saver'!!
    Thanks & love,
    Chithra.

    Dear CV,

Today I have come here under the direct orders of the High command (read that as a after effect of my earlier post :biglaugh:biglaugh:biglaugh) that she has made all my favourite food - Peerkangai Poricha kootu, Elumichai rasam, Senai kari, semiya payasam and chocalate cake.(from your milk powder cake recipe itseems)...

Today being my B Day, would love to have your blessings...:bowdown

    Dear Chitra

Some of your receipes look so simple and I would wonder how they will turn out to be. But being an ardent follower of you I will just follow without thinking twice and it would turn out excellent.

I am telling about the corn bread. It looked very very simple- hardly any kneading or rasing for a bread. But it came out very well. I just tried half the measurements yesterday and it came out too good and too quick. I am sharing it with my friends to day.

Want to try the irish soda bread this weekend. Why is it called soda bread when there is no soda? it is just name?

Want to try all the bread receipes one by one.

    Thanks once again.

    Wtih Best Regards
    shubha

Aarti's enthusiasm to try Irish Soda bread, when it is available next door is so endearing. Awesome!

Made Corn bread finally! It can be the best ever breakfast dish:). Also made Thalipeeth, Lacha paratha ( repeat request this time) with Veg Salna. I made Milk Idli with Bajji Chilli Mandi as well. Wow, how could such a simple recipe be so good! I had a prejudice against subtle dishes for breakfast, but cant say that anymore!!!

    Thanks ma!

    Dear Chitra madam;
Made Rava pongal with quick sambar(with besan); Mogalai Biryani and badam kheer. All Jay's eternal fav as it is his bday today(20th). Quick sambar was indeed very quick and was a very good combo with rava pongal.
Wanted to bake a cake; but didn't have eggs or extra sugar:). Planning to restock things this weekend. Three days since shifting; but house is still a mess except kitchen;)
Thanks a lot for all the recipes. My bday wishes to Shanti's veda and ruby

    Dear Mrs.Chitra,

Back here with fb after quite sometime.
Made Coriander Leaves sambar tonight. Super taste and aroma. Loved it a lot. Freshly ground masala indeed brings out lot of flavor in the sambar.
    Thankyou for a delicious recipe.
    Regards,
    Deepa
